CHANGE CONTROL
1. Never make any changes on a Friday afternoonSomething will inevitably go wrong which will require you to work until late Friday evening/night and/or over the weekend
2. Always make changes reversableAs something will inevitably go wrong
3. Never let users know that you've made a changeAs anything that goes wrong from that point on, will be attributed to the change(s) that were made
ADMINISTRATORS
1. Never let users know that you are an administratorIt is a general belief in the user community that administrators are able to perform any tasks which users can think of, including, but not limited to, being able to correct and fix any problems which the users experience, based on the following information from the user "it's not working"
